Finklea is Councilperson for Galveston’s District 2, a licensed professional engineer and the founder of Faust Haus, a project management and owner’s representation firm with a 30-year track record delivering major real estate and infrastructure projects across the public and private sectors. Known for his systems thinking and straight talk, he’s also a seasoned civic participant who brings deep credibility and calm scrutiny to every conversation.
